CAIRO – 14 December 2021: Alexandria governorate witnessed Tuesday morning moderate rains falling on separate areas, accompanied by a decline in temperature degrees, speed winds and high sea waves.
In response, Alexandria Governor Major General Mohamed Al-Sharif directed the heads of neighborhoods and the sewage company to take all necessary measures to deal with the unstable weather conditions, and to secure cables and electricity rooms in order to maintain citizens’ safety.
The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) expected Tuesday to see a decrease in temperatures, so that a moderate weather is felt during the day on Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt and the eastern coasts, tending to be cold on the western coasts, while at night, a cold weather prevails.
As for the temperatures on Tuesday:
Greater Cairo records highs of 20 degrees and lows of 12 degrees
Alexandria records highs of 18 and lows of 13 degrees
Matrouh records highs of 18 degrees and lows of 12 degrees
Sohag records highs of 22 degrees and lows of 10 degrees
Qena records highs of 24 degrees and lows of 11 degrees
Aswan records highs of 28 degrees and lows of 11 degrees
