On Egyptian Farmer Day, President Sisi pledges support, decent life

CAIRO – 9 September 2021: On the occasion of Egyptian Farmer Day, President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi greeted Thursday Egyptian farmers asserting keenness on providing them with support, and deploying all the necessary resources to secure a decent life for them.

The president added in a tweet that "Egypt being home to the pyramids, the Suez Canal, and the High Dam boils down to the enormous efforts and brilliance of millions of farmers throughout history."

أتوجه بتحية وتقدير للفلاح المصري في يوم عيده،الذي نال فيه استقلاله وحريته وعزته وكرامته،وأؤكد أننا حريصون كل الحرص على دعم الفلاح،وتسخير كل الإمكانات اللازمة لتوفير حياة كريمة له،فمصر الأهرامات ومصر قناة السويس ومصر السد العالي مدينة لجهدوعرق وعبقرية ملايين الفلاحين على مر الدهور
