Egypt’s Hurghada International Airport receives 1st Sundair flight

CAIRO – 2 May 2021: Egypt’s Hurghada International Airport received on Saturday the first Sundair flight coming from Düsseldorf International Airport in Germany with 171 passengers on board amid applying all  anti-coronavirus precautionary and preventive measures according to a statement from the Egyptian Ministry of Civil Aviation.
 
The resumption of the flights came in light of a request of many airlines to resume their flights to Egyptian tourist cities after being stopped due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
 
It is scheduled that the German company to operate a weekly trip to Hurghada International Airport.
 
Employees at the Hurghada airport welcomed the arrivals with flowers, wishing them a best vacation in Egypt.
